1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting this website or installing the Social Media Claude Skill (the "Skill"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Skill. These Terms apply to individual users and businesses alike. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable EU or Romanian consumer protection law.

2. About the Skill

The Social Media Claude Skill is an open-source configuration and prompt context file designed to operate locally inside your own terminal environment via Claude Code, a product of Anthropic, PBC. The Skill does not operate independently of Anthropic's platform and is entirely dependent on Claude Code functioning correctly. We have no control over Anthropic's products, API availability, or any changes Anthropic may make that affect the Skill's functionality.

3. Open Source Licensing

The underlying codebase of the Skill is licensed under the MIT License. You may modify and distribute the code in accordance with that licence. These Terms govern only your use of this website and official distribution channels, not the code itself. In any conflict between these Terms and the MIT Licence with respect to the code, the MIT Licence governs.

4. No Warranties

The Skill is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Skill will function without interruption or error, generate specific results, meet your expectations, or remain compatible with future versions of Claude Code or any social media platform's policies. Content suggestions produced by the Skill are generated by Anthropic's AI model and do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, marketing, or financial advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, David Deak and any contributors to the Skill shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Skill or this website.

This includes, without limitation:

Platform penalties: account suspension, shadowbanning, reach reduction, or algorithmic penalties applied by any social media platform (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, or LinkedIn) as a result of content drafted using the Skill.
Content risks: public backlash, reputational damage, copyright claims, or legal disputes arising from content you publish.
Third-party dependency failures: any disruption, incompatibility, or discontinuation of Claude Code, Anthropic's services, Netlify, Cloudflare, or GitHub that renders the Skill or this website non-functional.
Operational failures: data loss, system disruption, or loss of profits resulting from installing, configuring, or running the Skill.

Where applicable consumer protection law prohibits the exclusion of liability for certain types of loss, this clause applies only to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

6. Your Responsibilities

The Skill runs entirely on your local machine. You are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing them. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying that generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, does not violate the advertising guidelines or terms of service of any platform, and complies with all applicable laws including local consumer protection, defamation, and data protection rules.

7. Age Restriction

This Skill and website are not directed at or intended for use by persons under the age of 16. By using the Skill or this website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

8. Third-Party Services

This website relies on the following third-party infrastructure providers: Netlify (hosting), Cloudflare (domain and network proxy), and GitHub (source code repository). When you visit this website, your request passes through Cloudflare's network and is served by Netlify's infrastructure. Each of these providers operates under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern any data they process. We are not responsible for the practices of these providers.

This website also contains links to external platforms. When you follow those links you leave our website and are subject to those platforms' own terms and policies.
